| Service Explanation: | The Ohio Coalition for Equity & Adequacy of School Funding provides the following services:
1. Provides school finance information and analyses relating to the promotion of an equitable and adequate system of public education
2. Conducts regional and school district meetings regarding school funding issues
3. Provides testimony to legislative committees, in particular, the Finance Committee in each House
4. Participates in joint ventures regarding school finance and related issues with statewide education organizations such as the Ohio Education Association, Ohio School Boards Association, Ohio Federation of Teachers, Buckeye Association of School Administrators, Ohio Association of School Business Officials, Ohio Congress of Parents and Teachers, Coalition of Rural and Appalachian Schools, etc.
5. Participates in a variety of meetings, conferences and seminars sponsored by local school districts, educational service centers and related organizations regarding school finance and other education issues.
6. Makes presentations to civic and service clubs regarding school finance and other education issues.
7. Responds to inquiries from school officials and the general public.
8. Monitors school funding and related legislation.
9. Monitors school finance issues nationally.
