These profiles provide a snapshot of operations based on one year of performance for financial, staffing, and service data. While the information within these profiles is accurate and verified, due to uniformity issues, we limited their use in network-wide analyses. Any conclusions drawn from the information contained within any profile should be carefully considered due to the issues identified within our operational study. The uniformity issues which were identified in during the course of our study resulted in Recommendation 1.1 contained within the report.
