What led to this audit?
The City of Upper Arlington requested a performance audit in order to identify opportunities for improved operational performance. While the City is currently in a fiscally stable position, a performance audit can provide data backed analyses and recommendations that will continue to allow for efficiency and effectiveness.
What did we find?
We found that the City has demonstrated good stewardship over its financial resources. We found that the operational areas reviewed in this audit were generally efficient and effective, with specific opportunities for improvement.
